President & Founder
Stellar Hardwood was founded in 2007 by JJ Kachalla on the belief that expert knowledge and personalized service are the keys to success. As our Lead Project Estimator and President, JJ brings a personable, trustworthy, and results driven approach to every project, and this philosophy remains at the heart of everything we do. The fact that our business has grown almost entirely through referrals is our proudest achievement.

As our Controller, Ellie oversees all financial operations, accounting, and billing at Stellar Hardwood, keeping our business operations running smoothly and efficiently.

Warehouse & Logistics Manager
Jack keeps operations moving behind the scenes, managing warehouse operations and getting our trucks loaded and out on the road. He handles facility logistics, and our warehouse crew to ensure every order is prepped and dispatched on schedule.
